DIFFICULTY: Average. A very long, demanding route if done in its entirety. Starting from Los Brecitos makes it feasible for anyone. The descent along the Barranco de las Angustias ravine is rough going at times, over pebbles and loose stones, with no trace of a path. With water flowing in the stream bed, progress is tricky or even impossible. National Park personnel can supply specific details of these and other difficulties.

Carry a small rucksack with warm clothing, waterproofs, food and plenty of water.
Don´t forget such simple items as: sun hat, protective cream and sun glasses.
