The path is somewhat unclear and easily lost in the east, so attention to marking is required. Paisaje Protegido de Tamanca.<br \/>\n<strong>P\u00e9riode Recommend\u00e9e:<\/strong>\u00a0All year round.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><strong><strong>Comment arriver au d\u00e9part?:\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>There is a bus service from Jedey to Tigalate and vice-versa. From Charco Verde a private vehicle or taxi is required.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Recommandations:<\/strong>\u00a0Habitual precautions common to hiking in general are listed below. At the risk of sounding obvious, here are some of the most important:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Check weather forecasts before setting off to hike.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Don\u00b4t go alone<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tell someone your intended destination and expected time of arrival<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carry a small rucksack with warm clothing, waterproofs, food and plenty of water.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Don\u00b4t forget such simple items as: sun hat, protective cream and sun glasses.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carry a mobile phone with fully-charged battery, a map and, if possible, a compass. They will probably never be used but, when required, are of vital importance.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wear suitable gear, especially footwear: trekking boots or similar are essential, trainers or pumps are to be avoided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><strong><strong>Autres remarques:\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>The route is of sufficient entity in itself.
