Due to the accumulated height difference and overall distance, it might be wise to take two days, with an intermediate stop in Puntagorda. There is an occasional stretch of road where caution is required.<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>P\u00c9RIODE RECOMMAND\u00c9E:\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>All year round<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>COMMENT ARRIVER AU D\u00c9PART?:\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>There is a bus service to\/from Los Llanos, with stops along the length of the hike.<\/li>\n<li><strong>RECOMMANDATIONS:\u00a0<\/strong>Habitual precautions common to hiking in general are listed below. At the risk of sounding obvious, here are some of the most important:\n<ul>\n<li>Check weather forecasts before setting off to hike.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u00b4t go alone<\/li>\n<li>Tell someone your intended destination and expected time of arrival<\/li>\n<li>Carry a small rucksack with warm clothing, waterproofs, food and plenty of water.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u00b4t forget such simple items as: sun hat, protective cream and sun glasses.<\/li>\n<li>Carry a mobile phone with fully-charged battery, a map and, if possible, a compass.
