Mit gr\u00f6\u00dfter Sicherheit werden Sie diese Dinge nicht brauchen, wenn sie jedoch n\u00f6tig sind, sollten sie da sein.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tragen Sie geeignete Kleidung und vor allem Schuhwerk: Wanderschuhe oder \u2013stiefel sind ein Muss, Turnschuhe ein Leichtsinn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Hinweise:<\/strong>\u00a0Dies ist eine Alternative zum PR LP 12, auf der man nach Tinizara anstatt nach Tijarafe hinab gelangt. So betrachtet, beginnt die Wanderung eigentlich beim Roque de los Muchachos, von dem Sie in etwa zwei Stunden den Beginn des PR LP 12.1 erreichen (aufw\u00e4rts: 2:30 h). Zum Roque de los Muchachos gelangen Sie mit einem Mietauto oder Taxi, nach Tinizara verkehrt ein Linienbus. Gleichzeitig k\u00f6nnen Sie diese Route in den unteren Lagen mit den anderen Wegen kombinieren, die durch dieses Gebiet f\u00fchren.
