Trail Network Closed. Alert for winds and rains.
Considering the weather conditions (snow and ice), we kindly request you not to do any walk on La Palma over 1,800 meters above sea level. If you, despite this warning, opt for doing a walk over 1,800 meters; you assume the entire responsibility
PLEASE, DO NOT FORGET:
- In case of bad weather warning, the La Palma’s hiking path network remains closed to the public
- Due to adverse weather conditions, some hiking paths could be damaged ( for instance, by heavy rains and strong winds) . So, after such situations, take special care when going walking around the island
- Always to take these (and the normal) precautions: check weather forecasts and paths’ state before setting off to hike; have a look at the weather forecast; wear suitable gear; use a helmet if necessary; do not lean on banisters; do not do a walk if it’s raining or it’s windy…
